Shipping and Delivery
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Tracking information will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. After shipping, delivery usually takes 7-10 days, depending on your location.

Undelivered Items
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details or missed attempts, it will be sent back to us. We’ll reach out to you once the item is returned to our facility.

Damaged Items
We’re sorry if you’ve received a damaged product. Simply take a photo and share us on duskdrip.store@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue for you.

Return & Exchange Policy
